Professionally, Randy spent over 40 years in Corporate America, leading teams and shaping future leaders globally, and even taught as an adjunct professor at his alma mater, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

When he’s not behind the mic, you’ll find Randy enjoying time with his wife, Ellen, their three amazing daughters, one awesome son-in-law, and their wonderful grandson.
